Using this website

This website provides general drainage information and a way to request contact from Master Blasters. It does not replace an on-site diagnosis, create an appointment automatically or guarantee attendance at a particular time.

Emergency information

Online content is not an emergency service. If sewage is escaping, water is threatening the building or electrics, or people are at immediate risk, stop relevant water use, keep away from contamination and call the 24/7 line. Contact emergency services where life or serious safety is at risk.

Quotes and scope

Prices and work scope depend on the actual drainage condition, access and method. A request form submission is not a quote. Any work, charges, exclusions and changes should be agreed through the service process.

Information accuracy

We aim to keep contact, coverage and service information accurate. Drainage guidance describes common patterns and cannot diagnose every property remotely.

Responsibility and third parties

Drain ownership can involve property owners, landlords, managing agents, neighbours or the water company. Website links or references to third parties do not transfer responsibility or guarantee their service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the enquiry form, submit unlawful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with the website. Automated spam and fraudulent requests may be blocked.
